Forget about the sword in this picture. and all the necklaces. He only has one necklace and its tight against his neck. A black necklace with yellow lightning bolts on it. He also has a tatoo on the right side of his face. An eagle that looks as if he is soaring down Tsurugi's body. He wears his head band all around his head, much like genma. His hair is coming down from the forehead protector to where you can see it. Tsurugi is about 6'3 and weighs 188. His eye color is naturally grey.

History: Tatsujin Tsurugi was born into the family who manipulates their chakra elements into their own Katana. There clan has long since departed from the Cloud Village. There is only one that remains. A 17-year-old male named Tatsujin Tsurugi. His family all departed to different villages a long time ago. Most of them now have been killed. If there are any others then he is not sure what has happened to them. The Tatsujin Clan taught the members to weld at the age of eight. By the time, they were genin they were able to weld their own Katana’s and that would be their Katana. The special abilities they have is that they are able to put chakra into the katana and use it as their ninjutsu easier, also they have great dojutsu. When activated they receive a lightning bolt down the center of their eyes, this allows for them to have greater speed, the second level is blackness appears in there eyes, this is the sign for power, you are given more power depending on your rank and how excellent a shinobi you are. When this is in use they are able to perform jutsus quicker and without any handseals. This dojutsu can only be used a certain amount of time for it drains a great deal of chakra. He uses it only in case of emergency. Tsurugi can also activate which ever level he wants. But if he jumps straight into the last level it uses up more chakra. The clan is known for its abilities to use in close combat and long range. They are great swordsman and take pride in that. They are also great strategist. They use their smarts to out wit their opponent. Tsurugi is great in long range. As he used to practice with his dad all the time when they were a family and together.
Tsurugi loved his family very much. When his family departed from the hidden cloud village he was saddened. He was the only member that stayed behind. This is the reason why he is emotional when he loses people close to him. It hurts him, and it brings back memories of his family leaving. The only way he knows how to deal with it is by training or missions. Tsurugi has grown physically and mentally since his family has departed. He is older and smarter. One day Tsurugi would like to go out on a mission and look for some of his family. Hoping that they can join together and unite and maybe helped start the clan back. Tsurugi has grown up most of his life alone. Trained by himself. His family departed 7 years ago. Just in time that he finished his welding training so that he could form his own unique style of Katana. He uses it a lot in battle. Unless it does him no good or he doesn’t need to use it. Tsurugi has been his own trainer. He also has a pact with eagles that he made while training. Now he infuses his techniques with the eagles and they are like family. They hang out a lot together because they believe that bonding forms a greater strength than anything else. They also work on creating and forming new techniques. But so far they have come up with only a couple. All the other techniques were known by the eagles and passed down to Tsurugi. The eagles hope that they can help Tsurugi find his family, for they would love to be a part of their clan.

Personality: Tsurugi is calm. He tries not to get ahead of him self. Sometimes he does and it hurts him in battle. He does get emotional but does not show that in battle. He is a loving person, and is very much a people person. Gets along with just about anyone. He does make small jokes and loves to make people laugh.

Ninjutsu:
Substitution, Transformation, and Clone.
Raiton: Rapid Bolt- The user can summon down lighting strikes in rapid succession against his opponent. The most in a string can be 5

Raiton: hoippu- This allows Tsurugi to create a lightning whip from his katana. He can manipulate it anywhere. but only can be maintain for a few minutes.

Raiton: Chi Rasen- Tsurugi moves his katana at fast speeds creating a tight spiraling torrent of lightning. Can cause serious injuries if hit.

Raiton: Washi- Tsurugi creates an eagle made of lightning, that flies down at the opponent from the sky, if hits electric currents runs through the body overpowering the nervous system and can kill depending on how much chakra is used.

Raiton Hei- Tsurugi creates about a 10 foot wall of electricity that is formed around him 360 degrees. Uses a good bit of chakra so only use if necessary.

Summoning Jutsu- Tsurugi summons an eagle, the rank of the eagle depends on how much chakra he used. He bites his thumb and smears blood on the tatoo on his face to summon the eagle. Tsurugi is able to summon the boss. There are many levels of eagles just like with Naruto and the frogs. The eagles can call lightning down from the sky is quick secession to attack the opponent, and they can also fly.

Raiton: Tsuchi hirogari- Tsurugi creates a massive amount of lightning in his katana and shoves it into the ground and the lightning releases moving through the earth and breaking up the area around them and shocking any opponents. Only cause slight paralyzation. Great jutsu if he cant find the opponent.



Taijutsu: Washi Kamae: This is the eagle style of taijutsu Tsurugi was taught during his training with the eagles. The way he stands is he is on the balls of his feet, His knees are bent slightly, His right elbow tucked into his side while his arm is facing away and palm out, His left arm is held outward while his palm is facing out. This allows for quicker reaction time, more speed and power. Tsurugi has also learned to infuse his lightning elmental chakra with is hits. So everytime a punch is thrown or he is kicking electric currents are going through the part of his body he is trying to hit the opponent with.

Genjutsu:
Washi Shikyo: Makes the opponent believe that a thousand eagles engulfed with lightning are coming straight towards his heart. This causes paralyzation, and sometimes mental injuries if the opponent does not release the genjutsu in time.

Kekkei Genkai: Raigan. There are 3 leves.
1st level: lightning bolt that appears in the users eye. It is goldish. This allows the user to gain 3 times as much speed. Every 4 minutes there is a 4second drawback where the user goes back to normal speed but after that he is fine.

2nd Level: Black appears as his eye color. This gives Tsurugi more power. The only drawback is that is uses a lot of physical strength and must be used properly or can be harmful physically. Like he can tear his muscles or break a bone if not used good.

3rd level: His eyes appear to be black with lightning bolts in them. This gives him greater power and speed. He is also able to use jutsus without performing any handseals as long as it is lightning element. This uses up a great deal of chakra and is only used in certain time of needs.

~Appearance: Yukiko Looks like the average teenage girl, but looks can be decieving. She has long white/grey hair. She is tall, thin, and pretty. SHe wears all black, with the occasional red or purple. She has big sparkly soft white eyes, and a smile that can kill... Yukiko's skin is nearly flawless, except for a scar on the back of her neck.
~History: Whun Yukiko and her twin brother Makoto where seven their father died a tragic death, right bfore their eyes. He had concocted a poisen so lethal, one touch could stun you for years. THe poisen was to kill a man so evil words can't describe him. He had explained for them never to touch it, but while he was putting it away the vile dropped... he was killed instantly infront of his children. Yukiko was once a sweet girl without a cae, but that day her life changed. Yukiko had a heavy mark left on her heart, and she was bound to avenge her fathers death. SHe set out, along with Makoto to kill the man who their father was trying to kill.
and if their fathers death had not been enough, a year ago, when they were 14, there mother was killed by a rouge ninja trying to make a living. yukiko and maktot told nobody it was their mother, except their closest friend, Satoshi Yoshiko... But one unfaithful day Satoshi made Yukiko furious, it had started to snow.. be in mind this was odd because it was july... she had run outside and slipped on ice, for two days she was unconcious... when she awoke...she had ice powers! in additon to her ninja skills already..

~Ninjutsu: Secret Crystal Ice Sword Shadow... a technique that only Yukiko, Yuki (her father), and a mystery ninja can use, unfortunatly that ninja died (think of ice, and its not to hard to guess) ... It requires a speciel Kekei Genkei to use though... ^_^... she can also use crystal ice mirror too...
