My posts have to be approved by moderators before being seen by others, can a mod please fix this? whats going on?

I approved this post, but I have no idea how to fix your issue. Wheat? Texans? anybody?

For everyone's first few posts (or some span of time) a moderator has to approve them. I think it's to try to stop spam bots.
