new way to play!!!

Hi everyone, want to put forth an idea into a different kind of duel and some different ways to play, and a challenge to deck builders everywhere. I was talking with my friend and she has a magic deck with 100 cards and no doubles of any kind at all. I was thinking along time ago of building a deck that didn't have any copies at all and none of the same name charactereistics,(this was few sets ago), and I didn't think there were enough cards of different ninjas to make it work in a 50 card deck and go up against any other deck or deck type. I seen this category, and now I want to suggest a 60 card deck with the same parameters as I have mentioned make it up to 35 ninjas, no platoons (same name charateristics), and 25 jutsu's and of course all other rules apply for game play except every deck must comply with this format, Have fun and enjoy what you can!!! Hey, hate to sound like I'm clueless but what's "EDH"? I could use some input, this is a good idea, the whole concept in my mind is to keep all the cards that have been issued in play. I was actually hoping for some input on how to make this style of format playable and fun and I want to call it "legend" as to use all the cards that have ever been issued within certain parameters.
