ok then, so besides what is listed, everything else is the same as regular format

deck limit: 60

ninjas: 20 BUT any naruto, jiraya, or 4th hokage cards do NOT count towards the limit. in addition, you are allowed 5 copies of the above cards

other requirements: 5 jutsu that include "rasengan" in the title

ways to win: 10BR, deck out, OR if you have a naruto, jiraya, and 4th hokage in a team, use a card with rasengan in the title, and win an outstanding victory/battle reward.

i thought the deck limit was 50

true, i only run a lightning deck because i actually love the rasengan card. and yes the limit is 50, but casual format allows your own rules
i made it 60 so that despite the need for rasengans/users, if someone wants they could run lightning/X deck
