Rules

1. Deck must be atleast 50 cards it may be more and use atleast 1 copy of the following cards.
Make-Out Paradise
Make-Out Tactics
Make-Out Violence
Any copy of Jiraiya

2. All Normal Rules Apply exculding the Rouge List

3. The following are banned in this format:

Currently their is no banned or limited cards this format



6. Winning Conditions outside the rules are:
A. Having played all Make-Out cards in your deck and have all of them in your chakra area while having a Jiraiya in play.
B. Having all ninjas you have in play be growthed.

if everyone gets growth is a win condition, ban the 3rd hokage gotv, cus play him, chump him off and all your ninjas in play have growth or use a growth mision to give the kage growth

Their is alot of possibilites in this format, their is no true meta, multiply ways to win and multiply styles for the format.

None of those are growthing a ninja, they just put growth coins on the ninja (yes, there is a difference)

Growthing a ninja requires moving a currently in-play ninja to your chakra area and replacing it with a card of the same name that has "Growth".

All those aside, that is a really stupid win condition. I agree with neo, it should have a minimum of 5 that are on the field at the same time.
