Venue Problem I need Help in a hurry

Basically what it comes down to is i had all the programs downloaded and had to re format my computer so now i lost all the information i had on their. So i redownloaded all the programs the only problem is that i dont have the venues on the list that i use to? and i dont know how to put it on the list again? will i have to get it reapprove or is thier away to get my information? Someone please help.
