explain yourself
Please explain why kiba inuzuka n1440 can't negate the effect of a quiet day m914? The card is a permanent mission, its being played during the attackers mission phase thus fulfilling kiba's requirements. A mission is considered a mission while on the chain or in play. This is why mission negation worked well on ji thus warranting ji's recent errata.

There currently isn't an ability that does that otherwise. When a jutsu negation ability states "negate the target", its negating the card in its entirety, as the target is the jutsu itself, not the effect text on it.

Nobody is talking about jutsu? Quiet day is not a jutsu. And please provide a link to a rule that says missions on a chain have no text to negate. Otherwise it seems laughing man made up a ruling.
