Didn't see any Fire Lightning decks other than my older version, so I thought I'd put my new version up and actually describe what's going on in the deck. I'd like to know your thoughts on the deck.

Messenger Ninja's in there just 'cause he can get in an Ink Fish to give me a +1 or Lee if I didn't get him already. Konohamaru is there for early Rasengan and he can possibly draw me cards. Izumo draws me a ton of cards. I have a lot of Ninjas with 6 or more Combat in here, so it works. Naruto Clone just to search out my Naruto who searches out my Rasengan. I like to have my Rasengan as soon as I get a user. I chose S22 Killer Bee over the new one because the S22 KB is a 7/2 - 9 injured and he gets me chakra. Sasuke [Exhaustion] just because he can pay for a whole sh*t ton of jutsus. A lot of times you won't have the chakra you need for the Jutsus. Itachi is there for more draw power. 4th just to power up my ninjas and possibly get that extra br to win. T7 Sage Mode is just broken. Subdue again same reason for Izumo. Special Kunai helps a lot. 4th's Expert happens very rarely, but it also helps. Taking a Hostage is just great protection. Guidance is basically a draw 3. Wager also helps a lot. Draws me cards.

Rockleeac posted one a week or two ago I think. I really like his build/combos, just don't have the cards to build it :X I'm also surprised you aren't running Sasuke (solo attitude) for your 0 drop since I've yet to see a deck that doesn't run it O.o Also I've heard 3x warhawk is usually the standard? idk, i haven't played a game yet >.>; so take it as you will

3 Warhawk is the standard, but sometimes it's too much. I mean, your giving 2 brs to draw 4. The 2 brs could come back to bite you. Plus I only have 2 lol.

I know lol, but whenever I lose it's because I couldn't chain a jutsu when I was running 8-10. jutsu negation doesn't like me either.
