Quick question!

So there's a local tourney tomorrow and I'm wondering when the new set Hero's Ascension is legal to use, because I know it's not legal until a couple weeks after it comes out or something like that? If this thread is in the wrong place or whatever then you can lock it or whatever, hopefully someone can answer my question first though >.>

The set is legal for tournament use now.
