Eyes of the Betrayer

Does M-849 Eyes of the Betrayer move your turn marker up by 1 when you play it? Or just allow you to replay the same turn. In other words, I play it on T6, then do I take my T7 afterwards, or do I take a "second" T6?

You turn marker would move up at the end of the turn.
