n1588 Killer Bee (Tailed Beast Form)

Just want to clear up a few questions in regards to killer bee. He says when 'he is blocked he "can" win a battle rewards. In that case this ninjas team cannot give damage during the showdown' Does this mean that if i kill him during EOJ my opponent cannot win the BR because by the end of the showdown he is no longer present.

i ask this because how its worded makes it seem that the BR is optional to win as long as his team doesnt give damage by the end of the showdown.


OR is it option to win the BR as long as you dont give damage int he showdown.

n1588 has a triggered effect with a cost. It triggers when he is blocked. The cost is you win a BR. If n1588 is sent out to attack and your opponent blocks him, you can choose to pay the cost to use his effect. You would win a BR and n1588's team would not deal damage during the Showdown that turn. This effect would trigger and resolve (if used) before the EOJ. So if n1588 was removed from play during the EOJ, his team would still not deal damage during the Showdown.
