When a card is moved to the bottom of a deck do to an effect (e.g., tenten n1335 discarding a revitalize card), what is the window for asuma 1498's effect? My understanding is that the effect is an interrupt, and that the draw or discard will happen before the rest of the original effect (e.g., tenten) resolves.

does not have an "interrupt" effect. When his effect is triggered it will go on the chain.
In your example, if is activated and a card with Revitalize is discarded as the cost for activation, then Asuma's effect will trigger and go on the chain after Tenten's effect.
If Asuma's effect triggers while the chain is resolving, then his effect would wait for the rest of the chain to finish resolving and then start a new chain.

Just want to clarify three things in that case.

1. Even if you do not wish to draw, the effect still goes on the chain?

2. You can only draw once per turn using the effect?

3. The effect can be activated multiple times if and only if you choose not to draw?

1. No. When n1498 triggers, you choose if you want to add his effect tot he chain.
2. Yes.
3. Yes, his effect can trigger multiple times if you have not used the effect yet.
