Why doesn't Set 27 Pakkun Lower Kakashi [Boyhood's] Entrance Cost?

N1581 from Set 27 'Pakkun' Reads:

Your Kakashi Hatake Ninja Cards Get -2 Entrance cost

N1575 from set 27 'Kakashi Hatake (Boyhood) has the characteristic Name: Kakashi Hatake

According to the rulebook a ninja in the deck with Name: X is considered to also have that name as its printed name [Why Kiba Man Beast Clone Could Search Double headed Wolf, and Why Shukaku Rush was a Deck in the past.] So did the rule change? or was there a typo on the Pakkun to not say Exact Printed Name Kakashi?

This was my mistake, not Laughing_Mans, as he had asked me for clarification on this yesterday.

Yes, N-1581 Pakkun will reduce the Entrance cost of N-1575, because it contains "Name: Kakashi Hatake".
