set 27 Tsunade
This might sound stupid but i need to know. is it possible to heal a healthy target. Tsunade can target a healthy ninja with her effect. most heal effects say heal target injured ninja. her targetting will not become illegal if she targets a healthy ninja. i have just never seen a rule saying you can't heal a healthy ninja. if she can't then this is just a bad card that i wish was never made. all my deck are made around my favorite ninja who happens to be Tsunade. this card would be a real letdown for me.

yeah, that effect is strange... i'm assuming there are cards that will combo with it though. anyway, at this point the fact that she doesn't have satoosa makes her **** imo.

Yeah, Tsunade isn't the same as Shizune. Shizune will lock whatever Ninja she targets, even if that Ninja isn't healed, whereas Tsunade will not standby the Ninja unless it actually is being healed, which requires it to be injured in the first place. So really, unless your opponent isn't smart enough to play around her by not relying on their injured Ninjas for jutsu, then she is just a higher turn, higher rarity Sakura Puppet.
