Ink fish. The card lets you put it in play. Just wondering. Does it need to follow entrance cost requirements to put in play? For instance could i put it in play by discarding 3 chakra, during turn marker 0

yes you can. put in play can occur any turn except for reinforcements. deployment is when the entrance cost must meet the turn marker. however put in play effects also work upon deployment
