There is one last tiny speck of what is hope, and that is there's some secret Obito isn't mentioning or that someone lied to him or manipulated something about him.
But i'm not even holding my breath anymore. I cant wait for the card game to catch up to this point. I'm making a bank account right now to save up so when it does, and this Obito comes out as a cards, i'll buy up ALL of the boxes, cases, and Obitos I can, and burn them all.

*heavy sigh* smh.....I've seen children write better material than this. This is the worst possible decision kishimoto could have made regarding this manga. The ONLY hope is that it isn't really obito, and that he just has obito's memories. He does say that the name 'obito' doesn't mean anything to him, and that whether or not 'he' survived, isn't important, so there is a faint hope there, but again, it's just a faint hope.

or the name "uchiha" means nothing to him. he supposedly killed the clan yet still has uchiha symbol on his clothing. its not that bad that its really obito, at an emotional age, if you managed to survive a near death experience then the whole way home he probably had high hopes of his life. without obito they would have failed the mision, so it should have been him as hero. he gets home to a name on a grave with no body, the reason he sacrificed his life was to prove he could protect his friends and it was all in vain. in retrospect if they would have left rin there and completed the mission, obito wouldnt be bitter, but the first reaction would be anger, so if madara is the one that saved him and told him the truth of the uchiha and the leaf villages history after an experience like that, then i can understand him helping madara attack the village. failing at that too, helps itachi kill uchiha.

at least i get the whole "reality" thing. from different perspectives many things can be confusing. its gona end up being sasuke with rennigan, and his 6 paths of uchiha's pain lol. Itachi(deva), Shisui(petra), Madara (animal), Izuna(Asura), Fugaku (Naraka), Mikoto(human)

and obito was probably found by orochimaru while he was in akatsuki, wanted his body for the sharingan eye but couldnt transfer into a body so damaged so he tried repairing it with Zetsu, who's probably another experiment. started training him the same way he trained sasuke and after a year and a half attacked the village. remember, the nine tails was released from its seal, not summoned so it wasnt controled by obito. they retreat again for years, still trying to fix obito's body before it was too late but as we can still see obito's body still isnt complete. then from there the story continues as we know it with itachi's part, he asks for help, joins akatsuki and becomes orochimaru's new target, fails, leaves akatsuki, but leaves Zetsu and Obito as spies, which really ended up being double spies for madara lol

No we get to learn how madara is actually tied in, maybe he will explain how he knows people from multiple generations ie: obito, nagato.

Then we go back to team snakey soon ill bet, and find out who this all important person is that sasuke just want to "talk" to, as if it ever ends with just that when it comes to sasuke.

Lol naruto is definitely continuing to show his maturing, instead of being all crybabyish about how his sensei's friend went super rogue, he's like "kakashi idgaf what happened, we gotta kill this guy, he's bad"

A question that comes to mind, are the kage rangers gonna show up to "save the day" where they explain that madara cant be defeated without being sealed and is in god-mod status, or are they gonna hang back and say "naw naruto's got it, he can handle two high powered sharingan nin...anyways he's got killer bee"

Im getting the bad feeling of naruto and sasuke are gonna team up to finish this one, because if sasuke learns that madara somehow twisted tobi so bad that he wanted to help slaughter the uchiha, he'll prolly be pretty mad. Seeing as danzo didnt actually kill anyone and he wanted that guy dead. It may even go to super cheeseball ending with team 7 having to finish this war, seeing as sakura is honestly the only one who doesnt have a good excuse to be there yet, im sure if she heard naruto kakashi and sasuke were on the same team she'd show up.

Im mostly reading this series now to get to the finish. That and learn all of the secrets of the ocular jutsus and all of the connections to the sage. What if sasuke learns some sort of sage mode, he have the eyes and the body of the sage loljk.

Only good part of this chapter is when Madara just crashes (literally, he fell from the sky hard enough that his Edo Tensei regen kicked in) into the middle of it all and gets up like "Oh hey guys, I'm here to ruin your day."-
