UNS3 Promos

I was in the card search and saw some promos(Naruto[Hokage], Twin Lightning Shiver, etc.) for UNS3 and was wondering when this will be released and how we'll be able to get them.

Its been said countless times those are promos that are exclusive with the game if you get it at wal-Mart. I think it's also US exclusive, since some canadian players mentioned not being able to acquire them.
