I concur. And he doesn't require a Sacrifice...I mean, it's obvious why he doesn't as he's not dead but since he's a Void Turn 6 that's big. Pretty much means there should not be a deck that doesn't use him.

Mu vs. Mifune...what do you play? Mu is almost every time an instant 2 BR's but he usually will only do work for one turn (unless you accelerated your Turn Marker). Mifune...Mifune is never NOT relevant though I have to wonder what happens when Mifune battles Mifune. Idk how the chain or effects would go off in that case.

Moving on to the rest of the cards...

Tobi: Eh...not bad. Being Turn 7 really hurts though. If you're Turn 7 you better be ending games or being a Reinforcement. Naruto Nine Tails Cloak does that, Tobi does not. Will not see play IMHO. So yeah, I take back what I said, he's bad.

Chojuro: ...interesting. Doubt he'll see play either.

Ao: I really like this card, especially with how little Water is played. Solid for Water and actually a pretty good card for Earth too, adds another 64 Palm user.

5th Mizu: ...Eh...decent. Like the other 5th Mizu better though, effect negation is great to have (as seen above).

5th Kaze: I'll wait until I get a clarification on what he actually does when it comes to the other village characteristics. But as of now the other 5th Kaze and the turn 5 Gaara are better.

Spirit of the Samurai: Well the first part of the effect is kind of pointless and actually possibly detrimental considering Mifune's own effect. Cheap removal or not, better stuff is out there.

Axis of Evil: I'm intrigued...being able to drop things like Hidan into your discard early certainly can help and Fire (and Water) needed early missions. Would be solid for IR as a toolbox...good luck finding a way to fit it in though. Becomes better later. Like I said, I'm intrigued. Don't know how good or bad it can become but it can find its niche.

Bloodline Limit/Empassioned Speech: I'll make this quick. BL is bad, ES is potentially really good. Matter of finding room for ES but I'll enjoy Flashpointing things like Shino CD or Temari WS and drawing for it not to mention being able to draw for using Squads/Reinforcements. Or even Ink Fish.

Ninja Alliance: Ah, it's been a while since we had one of these types of Missions around. Kind of missed it. Can't wait to see what people come up with.

The 4th Hokage: Well, I like him over the other one we have. Still don't know how worth he is playing compared to 3rd Hokage/Mu/Mifune. Well, when I put it like that...unless you're playing Rasengan he's an avoid.

I highly disagree. Giving desperation to every ninja has a lot of benefits. Especially with cards like set 25's Zetsu who gets to move 2 coins and draw a card on your opponents turn. plus with zetsu's army and BL out and ino you could do some fun stuff and keep BL out forever. Water and Earth mix decently well.

I dont think you are givign the card a fair chance. New Sakura lets u return 2 cards from chakra/discard to deck potentially. not to mention mizukage lets u negate 4 ninjas. all EOJ are doubled up so preta path can negate twice while odd and human path removes 4 cards and naraka lets u play double icon.

the card has a lot of potential ad with TB rushing our way ninja effects are going to need to step it up to beat em.

It has potential but it still relies on the opponent having 5 BR's I like to avoid playing cards that relies on my opponent's actions in a match unless it's specifically to deny said actions. Compare that to Empassioned Speech which works right away and is in an element that has the draw power to support it.

Usually Saitsu is right with everything he says, but I think he underestimated the power of those two mission cards.

The DESPERATION one is broken with certain ninjas. Most notably Deidara Fiery Wrath. Almost a guaranteed 4 rewards. There are some crazy things you can do.

The FLASHPOINT card is broken in general LOL... giving Hinata Reserved Character Flashpoint is ridiculous (especially since Fang's Rush Hand Control.dec will be competitive next set)... Temari WS... Etc Etc Etc EDIT: Naruto Childhood... gain big amounts of chakra... hmm

Mifune... -_-
Really, Bandai?!? As if Muu wasn't enough... we now have 2 auto-turn 6 Ninjas in every deck, instantly making almost every other turn 6 Ninja in the format unplayable...
Well, gotta hand it to Bandai. Mifune actually does compete with TBB in most powerful super of the set... The other 2, not so much
