tylar crativity in trouble?

it seems like this set effects were rushed and unimaginative. the jinchiriki do the same thing, and madara uchiha just plain sux.

Can someone explain why the non-super rare cards are practically more playable and better than the majority of the supers/rares?

For the record my thread was just to state that I think madara should be more playable but I still think Tylar is a great card designer and very creative
