I would but sakura adp to 3, take out the konahamaru's and put in a simple 0 drop that adds draw power to your deck such as the konahamru in my build, then i would take out the baki and kabuto and add in another shino silence and then take out the miroku and put in two naruto (clone) so that you can search out your naruto reliance. Next i would simply find a way to put in a third gigantic fan, you just have to run 3 of that card. Next since this is wind i would run 3 loss, its a staple in wind, and becaue you are running water i would add in make out tactics and or monster research as 3 ofs, and then i would simply run ino's tears at a 2-3 based on your make out tactics or monster research decision. threat of tail beasts is great so i would keep in, and finally possibly the biggest thing this control deck is missin for unlimted format in the client emi. Emi is perfect for this deck because she can stop a male ninja from being sent out to battle, and i would run her as a simple one of, maybe two depending on how much you want to run her.
