MTGO and Pokemon TCGO both have huge dedicated teams that work on their online division of the game. Yugioh has video games, but I don't believe there is an official online program for them, unless Dueling Network is and I just don't know that.
Bottomline, the amount of work and manpower needed to create a fully operational and streamlined online card game is quite high. The game would have to be programmed to go through the motions and automatically apply effects when you activate them and such, otherwise its a pointless product.

Yes dueling network is for yugioh. Furthermore, think of how big the community could be if we get an online narutoCG. Yes it's about the size of the community but if they are willing to make the sacrifice and time to do so. Then it could be a huge jump in demands for them. They need to expand. It's not going to be easy. But when was the best things to happen to anything easy. Maybe just starting small with a program would help. Look at it as a way of enlarging the community. The more people we have, the more money people will spend. Then we have more challengers for events such as chunin, jonin, sjc, and gencon. Sometimes you have to invest. So if they can do so we can see a good jump in the community In my opinion.
