1. Do Ninjas that come from M-881 activate their effects as they come out or after the mission resolves fully?

2. If I have N-1486 in play and I use M-881, do I injure my opponent's ninjas with N-1486's effect as M-881 puts them in play or do I get the effect after it resolves?
