I'm a fan of having more events, in quantity over quality, but that's just me. I love going to events and playing. The more events, the more reason to stay active and care instead of putting my deck away until the next Chunin.
The one thing I don't get is why the AnimeExpo SJC is the first weekend in July, and the Tehachapai Jonin is also slated for July. It's fine for me as long as there is no ComicCon conflict, but that just seems odd.
