If you read the article, you would know that these images aren't "from the anime footage". They are all cell shaded vectors; each one is created as lone artwork, separate from the anime. How do you even question the fact that older Ninja have more art? That's like questioning why older people have more age. The generic "we're lacking art" answer, is the truth. All of you ignoramuses need to learn you can't just copy and paste art straight from the anime.
