Not answering my question doesn't present you (or allanime) in a better light, in fact quite the opposite. You can't obviously give a meaningful answer because you have none and you just prefer to act as wiseguys to hide your own stupidity and insecurity.

Every Jutsu or Mission card art is an approved screenshot from the anime, which was specifically given to Bandai to use for the cards. Every Ninja artwork is a specifically approved Render image that comes as is, with no background or anything else. Each of those images has to be approved and licensed to the company.

They cannot just take a picture and cut a guy out.
So what exactly is stopping Bandai from requesting more images to be approved and what would be the reason for not granting such a request, considering they were licensed to produce a Naruto-based CCG? It really makes no sense at all. How was it that there was an abundance of art for all kinds of ninjas in older sets, the majority simply taken from the anime footage, and there is always a lack of art now? I don't buy the generic answer "we're lacking art", it doesn't explain anything as for who is responsible and what must be done to change that. It's been an excuse going on for way too long...
