Secondary or not, Sneak Attack is good in it's late game. (You know, where most "secondary" conditions set up anyways?) You can potentially hit naruto's or Hidan anything else that is bothering you. That and just overall gain on field presence/less worry about bad draws. Man, card is so bad, right? 
The ONLY reason to not run SA is you're dumb. "Predictions like that?" There's literally NO way to counter a counter mission, it's unstoppable right now. Whether I expect it or not I can't do diddley to stop it!

Ill entertain you once more lol. By turn 5 SA is a dead draw unless a 1 or 2 drop is bothering me, if that. Your seeing the deck on paper, but havent actually used it. My bad deck making skills won me a chunin so i guess ill keep making horrible decisions. Field presence isnt an issue i seem to run into nor is lowering my opponents field presence. And let me explain the puppet condition anyway since u take it so literal. Puppet mode. I play him then end turn. Block with Kank squad to make sure noone gets froggy. Rinse and repeat. Yeah 18 of 30 are
Puppets. 15 of those dont see any play till turn 7 or 8. So my understand of theme is correct. Like i said. Its not your deck so its not your style nor do u understand what i was going for. And my grammar really..? Its the internet, relax.
