That's easy.
fetches the tree summoning for me. I can chump him off to get it, or i'll sac him with Deidara for it. Either way, i'll have the jutsus by turn 5 so long as I get Tobi by Turn 3. Not to hard when one of the greatest tutors is shika's decision.
Anywho, more on topic, I personally feel if a card has not presented itself as a problem card, regardless of what it does, then it doesn't deserve rogueing. Especially not a banning. I mean Tetra and tree summoning are much more likely as cards to be banned. Tetra is about to be super abused with JI decks. too for that matter.
But i've not really seen any cards getting complaints or being as snapped as obvious things like leech and 4th hokage, so personally I feel the list should remain unchanged. At least until we see some set 27 hypothesis in tests to see if maybe some of them needs a limiting.
