Hidan isn't really a problem, but tetragram should be limitied to one if not banned, unless jonin's intervention gets banned instead, because tetragram is more broken than hydro pump, and tetragram can board wipe if it goes off early enough. tree summoning should be limited because it's broken and auto wins you the game as early as t5. I think lion's mane is pretty fair, since having a response isn't too tough by t3.
