Surge was the best deck in sets 18 and 19. T2 or 3 shukaku and OVs on turns 1 and 2 were pretty boss. The only thing it did that poorly against was dogs cause if you didnt win by T4 (AKA if you didnt draw god hand) Dogs won it.
