seems thatw ay, but if its that kaze whatever no jutsu, im gonna have to call BS since naruto has known "that jutsu" for quite some time, since the start of part 2 actually...but he didnt know how to do wind jutsu till kakashi taught him. so...yeah. it probably IS "that jutsu" but thats pretty iffy if it is.
another question, if he's about to bust it out...why now? does it require multiple people or something?

from a theoretical and even logical standpoint, yes, but this is fiction. a gathering of heroes means GG and everyone will play some amount of part even if it seems small and it will be one of those "and i couldn't have done it without everyone" moments even if all person X did was be a platform for naruto to jump on in mid air or something. blah blah blah power of friendship and teamwork
basically its like this, generally at least. if the hero isnt there yet but everyone else is, then the hero shows up and does all the work and saves the day. if the hero is already there and cant seem to clench it, everyone else showing up allows him to do it. thats just the way it works.
tl;dr if you don't think that everyone showing up doesn't change things, read more fiction.

breaking the jutsu he did to stop his portion of the edo tensei from ending, or sealing him away or perhaps finding some way of reversing the inf tsukuyomi and putting him in that world for all eternity, etc. its not like there arent ways of dealing with this. the real issue his just his raw ability and power, not his immortality. the guy has unlimited chakra and has jutsu that laugh at rasenshuriken and TBB and the like. and he can potentially spam them like crazy.

for starters, even if the badguys win the good guys don't die, they will just be in an illusionary world. and not only does that just not happen in shounen action manga. worst case scenario theres a heroic sacrifice, but the good guys as a whole still win.
but it DOES happen in other kinds of manga and other mediums, if you want a change of pace that much...go find them
. and im not being a "omfg if you dont like it just leave" person, since that would be highly hypocritcal. just saying that you simply aren't going to find what you want here and that it isnt as much of a "change of pace" as you think it is. it just feels that way because you keep reading/watching the same kinds of stories.
I'm thinking everyone gets caught in it but naruto and co breaks out of it gurren lagann style. after all, whether its time, space, or alternate realities, they mean nothing to them. they'll pierce the path and methods they've chosen, thats who they are, protagonists in a shounen action manga!
