So they ban 4th hokage supremacy, then make this card...let's do math here.

-only lasts for the EOJ

-can overwhelm any team early game
-wide spectrum of jutsus
So..looks like on pros and cons, JI wins. Less cons, more pros. Yes, surprising/scaring your opponent with 4th was the broken part about him; but setting up with JI seems more beneficial. I may be missing something...but even just seeing a similarity with a card with a banned card leaves it to consideration this mission will hit rogue list?
