The new Kakashi is probably the best target. After he's gone you Inherit the effect off to someone with a unique Combat Attribute such as Jugo with Power, Kimimaro with Bone, etc. I can't really think of one that's good in Fire off the top of my head. There's Wisdom with The Sage in Fire/Lightning but you get the idea.
