But mainly it's not so much NAraka as it is Naraka + New Deva. Naraka was fine when it was "every other turn" it shuts off odd numbers, but the new deva basically perma shuts it down. Combine that with the fact turn ramping is now back and you got the makes of a potential problem there.
Course, it's all hypothetical at this point.
