In response to your question, it means I have to go through and approve your posts 1 at a time, and unapprove all the terrible spam that is there as well. Once you have 3 approved posts, you're free to post....freely.

You closed the other thread, so I'm going to post this here and hope you see it. Just as a suggestion for consideration, this forum should start doing what other forums do and offer a chance for members to change their usernames. The serebii forum has a period twice a year where they open a thread and members can post their request for a username change. As long as they post in the allotted time, the mods will change their user names.
