Keywords got distributed like this it seems in Set 27:
Lightning- Flashpoint
Earth- Inherit
Water- Burst
Wind- Revitalize
Fire- Desperation
Only one we haven't seen is a Fire card with Desperation yet, but it's the only one left if you look at what there is.
