that kubo guy wastes soooo many panels on nothing and doesnt even use many panels. he has many pages with a couple, if that, large panels. that series could probably have the exact same amount of content put into 1/2 as many chapters. and, as scary as it is, i dont think I'm exaggerating that much. it still wouldnt be great but at least with a faster pace it wouldnt feel like such a waste of time.

Devil's Advocate: Bleach was actually starting to come into it's own again up until this most recent chapter. Kubo had set a good pace and events of significance were occurring. It isn't until the main character actually shows up that the progression came to a sudden halt. It makes me believe that Kubo sincerely doesn't enjoy writing about Ichigo anymore, and you can see this in the fact that the event progression has always slowed significantly when Ichigo is around.
