Cards should have short and useful effects, not half a book written on them. I can't stand overly complicated cards that take a minute to read. Why not split it in multiple cards? Or condense it into a shorter effect that achieves the same things. Usually long text on cards mean the designer was too lazy to think of a better way to achieve something.
I see you only want to hear positive comments though, so good luck with that. My specialty is criticism, usually constructive, but not always. In this case it's all subjective, so this discussion is pointless.
