I find the best way to combat "those" type of people is to ignore them, not confront them. Saying anything to them will just provoke them more. Attention is attention whether you say something good, or something bad.
It'll definitely get more attention here but then mods lock it/move it to the proper place anyway. Do it too many times and it goes a little more extreme than simply doing that. There's a place for everything here and it keeps our boards tidy.
