Anywho, Long effects normally are troublesome because they become complicated and easily misinterpreted. Look what happened with the Tshucikage. Tylar made a joke saying that they were considering extending his text box just because he's so short.
As for the effect, the only part I really liked was the play from chakra at a +2 Entrance Cost. You may have something there. It'd be cool to have missions do that. Not the draw missions but the utility missions. Its also been done before in MtG. Flashback was a pretty big deal I hear
