Sure, it's a great combo, but I don't think it's unreasonable to be concerned with the way water was designed for this set. If it continues the same way, water runs the risk of being pigeonholed as a nonserious or noncompetitive element. Certainly premature to make that conclusion at this point, but players still have a right to voice their concern.
