Chakra charity is dumb and if it continues next set water will likely die. You guys at bandai have been nuking water way too much and not giving us anything good to work with other than mizukage.
Please, in set 26 ik there is supposed to be a state 2 jugo and I have high hopes, just don't continue the chakra giving theme.
