Most certainly not a complaint, but definitely a suggestion. I would try and shorten the intro to about 30-45 seconds.
I can see what you're trying to do by showing the entire team at different moments, but viewers don't always want to sit through a drawn out introduction every video.
Showing each member of the team with their name if possible would do really well, and maybe a few quick cuts of everyone together and playing and such. Other than that, good job so far.
