the neutral honestly need to be somewhat like the rogues in the fact that if they are the last group standing they win. out of 20 players 2 sets of 3 to each group.
the neutrals need an ability to kill during every other day phase to make them comparable to the rogues.

perhaps the neutrals day kill ability could be to the idea of, the leader sends a pm to the game runner naming 2 targets. if one of them is killed by lynching they kill the other one. sort of like... 'during the lynching confusion they strike' but can't be activated two day phases in a row?
just an idea. And the 'home team' need a resurrection jutsu. but maybe not so much as bringing a player back but maybe redistributing that players role randomly among the remaining players once per game. just a ponder
