I've thought about using another account in this game, but I just can't. I don't like cheating in a game based on information and intelligence. I feel like im putting my own skill down and you already know I hate being Rogue, so if anything I would rig myself to be a regular ninja.

nah, too risky. sure we could eventually call BS, but it seems like it would cause headaches. no it's better to follow the old let it go to whoever calls it first + only one game going at a time thing. i think so anyway
its not that we can't make your idea work, it just seems like more of a hassle than it needs to be, especially for something that's pretty trivial. we haven't had a lack of GM's. that's also why i think people are fed up with the game in the first place. too much politics and rules. adding a relatively useless rule could be more detrimental than helpful, regardless of the intentions behind it.
it may almost be better to scrap this council idea and just have a few basic rules <like before. you know, the basic rules> and each GM can add any rules they want for their game
people don't like the rules for that game, they don't play in that game. and also, to make people not have to wait forever to play a game in case many opt out because they don't like the rules/the GM, a rule i think we should put in place is that if the game doesn't get rolling by a week <maybe a little less so as not to get people fed up> since recruitment started, then that game is officially dead...that way if someone makes a game with, say, a cap of 30, and they are only at like 15 and its been nearly a week, they either start playing then so not to make the 15 they do have fed up, or quit and let someone else start a game that is hopefully gets rolling easier. and to be fair, the person who just had a dead game can't make the next one

I think we should have a thread where people can volunteer to run a game and the people interested in playing can vote on who they would like to run it.
Adding the rule where a person cannot run a game until at least 2-3 games after the last one they ran.
