it seems like, despite them having smaller numbers and a more difficult win condition... perhaps make the win condition for them to be the last remaining special roles instead of them having to actually kill them all? cause all it takes is one random vote to send a kage to the noose and the neutral can't win.
otherwise everything looks balanced and numerically sound.

That's not how the framer works. The framer makes another player look like a rogue. I'm gonna guess that superbluff ****ed up hard when he told Spiral NarutoLuigi was a Sand Ninja. I'm still very ****ed about it.
