that's cause the bad guys are cooler, besides, the stone guy is a possible good guy too. I could mystery guy being like an Utakata character. He just wanders. My characters are designed to be main antagonists. I nerfed them a lot than their original idea though because they were too powerful. Kuroshi was supposed to have lightning element and his attacks were much more devastating, and Zangei was originally able to have up to 3 extra souls. tbh, the only person who created straight out bad guys was me.

Eventually my guy is going to play a big role and have an effect on the story (not a main character but I want him to have like a big scene with him as a teacher kind of?) but he is like a neutral party, he can swing both ways so it is kind of up to how you guys interact with him and his surroundings that will affect what he does.
