"MUST BE SENT OUT TO BATTLE" Ninja Effects
The Ninja CAN be put in a team that cannot be sent out to Battle. In that case, it won't be able to be sent out to Battle.
Basically, the ONLY time the check is made is at the start of the Attack Step or the Block Step, if it can be sent out to battle, then it must be ONE of the teams sent out to battle.
