Our next card today is one of the most powerful and versatile Jutsu cards in Series 26. J-956 cost a reasonable 2 Lightning Chakra, and allows you to negate a Jutsu that cost 2 or more specific symbols, damage an opposing Ninja, or pump yourself by +5 Combat, and you don’t just choose 1 rather you get to choose 2 of these and that pretty much guarantees an Overwhelming Victory in most cases.
