Neji’s effect provides your Permanent Earth Mission with some protection since you can move him to your Chakra area to prevent your Premanent Earth Mission from being removed from play due to an effect and returns that Mission to your hand instead.
Easy Mission negation like the highly played “Hina (N-1107)” or “Pakkun (N-1376)” will ensure that Neji’s protective ability is highly valued.
