i got a ripped card in a pack what do i do?

the other day i bought 3 packs of will of fire the rare in one of the packs was mission card M #661 it was ripped on the right side nobody wants it (its defaced) and i feel ripped off so what do i do?

banlist can help the game but mostly just get in...

banlist can help the game but mostly just get in the way i can understand a few cards but if this turns into yu gi oh i would be pretty ****ed off and probably not play as much already the block...
